Tony Tan is the authority on Asian food and we have been waiting too long for him to write a book.
I was thrilled to be asked to do this project. Murdoch books encouraged us to push the boundaries with both photography and styling.
Greg Elms is a food photographer who truly understands Asian food, with plenty of experience shooting and travelling through Asia and beyond. His down to earth approach makes working together easy and fun.
