This is the book for cream cheese lovers everywhere. We wanted to create beautiful images for the Philadelphia cream cheese brand. The result is a cookbook that bridges both the commercial and editorial worlds, which is something that I like to bring to my commercial clients. This is the first book I have done with Bec, although we work together commercially all the time. She brings a clear vision and direction which is fully food focused.
